The content of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the current state of the LEM development team in SolarWinds Czech, Ltd., which will lead to changes proposal for increasing the efficiency of development and improvement of the current situation. The main objective of the thesis is to increase integration between software used in LEM development team and selection of the new software for collaborative version control. In the practical part are used facts from the analytical part to upgrade the document management software, finding a suitable tool for team communication and implementation of new versioning system and subsequent mutual integration with the software for project management, bug and issue tracking.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the selection of a suitable system for internal business process requisitions. The output of my work will be an application for general requests. The first part contains theoretical concepts. The second part contains basic information about the company and possible solutions. The third part is about creating application.

Automation of Processes in Agile Development

The goal of master thesis "Automation of Processes in Agile Development" is research of agile metodics with a focus on development practices in the Kentico company. This thesis describes different tools used as a support of agile software development including JIRA Software and Confluence, which are used in Kentico. Important part of this thesis is analysis of the current company processes and a plan of their optimization and automation. During the implementation part a web application which displays metrics arising from analysis and optimization proposal phase is realized. This thesis also contains discussion of it's realization and possible improvements.

The focus of this thesis is the actual implementation of the selected tool and its setting.
